Bachelor’s pad 500
Warmth is what we looked for, which eventually translated into combining wood in it’s different uses, from the flooring to the slats, to the coverings of the ceiling.
At the entrance you find yourself with a beautiful wall of wooden slats that slightly let you see what’s on the other side, which then conveys the office and a book case. Added to that is a stunning console piece, that just adds on the interest of the wood use. The living room, instead of having an exposed ceiling is covered in a different tone , which contrasts with the marble covered wall right behind it, creating a magnificent library that sparks the living space.
The bedrooms are a tad more industrial with the exposed concrete, but we made sure to continue with the earth tones throughout the space and tinted the concrete in a terracota colour.
Outside is a terrace encompassing both a small pool and a jacuzzi layered with lava stone tiling and IPE wood throughout the flooring of the space, which in future will become a grayish tone combining perfectly with the dark tone of the lava stone tiles. The program for the space is two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gym, an office, living room, dining room, kitchen, service area and a terrace.
