This 10,000 sq. Ft. (900 sq. m) penthouse sits on a 30th floor overlooking the city in every angle imaginable. 

There is a complexity when designing with very few objects, but not defined as minimalist, more of a contemporary brutalism. We looked for these objects to be grand, to have an impact and inform the design of a penthouse that has a very large scale for any city in the world.

A beautiful double height helix staircase, repetition of lamps creating big chandelier, an absolute attention to the layout of flooring and wall coverings and an art collection that any museum in the world would be proud to have.
